It just came out of the blue. I have always been one of those guys who practiced what they preached. I wrote about healthy lifestyles and I lived one too. One morning I was out walking when all of a sudden I got this intense pain in the side of my abdomen. It actually felt like I'd been stabbed! I remember finding a bench and leaning over it – unable to move. The pain must have gone on for about an hour before it went away again.
